Job Postings: Employers can cancel a job posting at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for job posting fees already paid.
Premium Packages: Employers who subscribe to premium packages may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.
Candidates can remove their profiles or cancel any paid services at any time. No refunds will be provided for fees already paid.
Job Posting Fees: AchieversEnterprise does not offer refunds for job posting fees after the job posting is live on our platform.
Premium Packages: If an employer cancels a premium package before the end of the current billing cycle, they will not receive a refund for the remaining period. The premium package will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Resume Services: AchieversEnterprise does not offer refunds for fees paid for resume services, including resume uploads and profile enhancements.
